ONLY FILL UP THE FORM IF YOU ARE 423% SURE ON PLACING AN ORDER. If you are a minor, make sure to ask your parent's permission first.
STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS. I will only allow you to cancel your order if you have a valid reason. Otherwise, a cancellation fee worth 50% of your total will be charged. Joy reservers and bogus buyers will be blocked.
PAY ON TIME. If you want extensions, I will give up to three (3) more days after the given deadline BUT you must inform me prior to the date. If you fail to inform me about an extension, a penalty fee of 20 PHP will be charged per day past the given deadline.

PLEASE BE PATIENT. Most of my goods are on a preorder basis meaning the total amount of orders will be accumulated first and then undergo manufacturing with my supplier. I will work hard to ship your orders as soon as possible but I am working alone so please understand if there are any delays with regards to packing, our supplier, or shipping. Should there be any conflict, I will be posting it on my Twitter page (#ARJNupdates).
NO REFUNDS. Again, my goods are on a pre-order basis so there will be no refunds unless there’s a problem with my supplier.

NO RUSH SHIPPING. Packing and shipping will all be done by me. I try to pack and ship orders as soon as I can but I do have a shipping schedule and I do not like being rushed. If you are impatient and will not be able to wait for your orders as they are being prepared for shipping, please do not bother submitting an order.
CHOOSE YOUR COURIERS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will ensure that your items will be shipped out properly but will not be held liable for any mishaps such as lost parcels, damaged items, etc.
TRACK YOUR OWN PACKAGE. Once your orders have been handed over to the couriers and shipped, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to track their parcel. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.
NO VIDEO, NO REFUND/EXCHANGE. I will only entertain parcel/product damage claims if an unboxing video is provided to me. Make sure to take a video of the unboxing when you receive your parcel as it is.
Shipouts are only during weekends (Saturdays/Sundays).
